1. Eligibility for Referral Commission

• To become an Affiliate Partner, you must register on Jobsider.in and agree to this policy.
• Only verified affiliates will be eligible for commission payouts.
• Each affiliate will get a unique referral link to track referred candidates.

2. How the Referral Program Works

2.1 Referring a Candidate

• Affiliates can share their unique referral link with job seekers.
• The referred candidate must register on Jobsider.in using this link.
• Candidates can apply for any job listed on the portal.

2.2 Successful Referral Criteria

A referral is considered successful when:
✅ The referred candidate applies for a job and gets selected.
✅ The candidate joins the company and completes the guarantee period (as per employer terms).
✅ The employer confirms the hire and there are no disputes.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn a fixed or percentage-based commission per successful referral (exact payout details will be provided in the affiliate dashboard).
• The commission amount varies by job category and employer agreement.
• Referral earnings will be visible in the affiliate’s Jobsider dashboard.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid after the guarantee period is completed.
• Payments will be processed within 7-15 business days after employer confirmation.
• Payouts will be made via Bank Transfer / UPI (details must be provided in the affiliate account).
• A minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., ₹500 or ₹1000).
• Affiliates are responsible for providing correct bank details to avoid payout issues.

5. Restrictions & Fraud Prevention

🚫 No Self-Referrals: Affiliates cannot refer themselves for commissions.
🚫 Fake Applications: Any attempt to create fake profiles or job applications will result in account termination and loss of commissions.
🚫 Multiple Accounts: One person can only have one affiliate account.
🚫 Spam & Misleading Promotions: Affiliates must not use misleading tactics to promote Jobsider.in.

Jobsider.in reserves the right to block accounts that violate these terms and withhold commission payments in case of fraudulent activity.

6. Modification & Termination of the Program

• Jobsider.in reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Affiliates will be notified of major changes to the policy.
• Any outstanding commissions before termination will be paid as per the last updated policy.

By joining the Jobsider.in affiliate program, you agree to the terms of this Referral Commission Policy.
