Welcome to Jobsider.in, a brand of Zetak HR Solution Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jobsider.in and its services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Platform/Website: Refers to Jobsider.in and all its services.
• Candidate: A user who registers to search and apply for jobs.
• Employer: A company or individual posting job vacancies.
• Vendor/Affiliate Partner: A user who refers candidates or employers and earns commissions upon successful hiring.
• We/Us/Jobsider: Refers to Jobsider.in, its owners, and its management team.
• User: Any individual or business accessing our platform, including candidates, employers, and affiliates.

2. General Terms

• Users must be 18 years or older to register on Jobsider.in.
• Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Jobsider.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these terms.
• We do not guarantee job placement or hiring success.
• Users agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to fraudulent job postings, spam applications, or unauthorized data access.
• Jobsider.in is not responsible for direct or indirect financial losses due to job applications, hiring decisions, or employment disputes.

3. Candidate Terms

By registering as a candidate, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for job searching and applications.
• Not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your resume.
• Not apply for jobs you are not qualified for.
• Allow Jobsider.in to share your profile with potential employers.
• Not engage in spam, multiple fake applications, or abuse of the system.
• Not attempt to bypass the system by directly contacting employers outside the platform.

Job Application Process

• Candidates must apply directly through the portal.
• Employers have the sole discretion to shortlist, interview, and hire candidates.
• Jobsider.in does not interfere with employer hiring decisions.

Candidate Data Privacy

• Candidates’ information is shared only with relevant employers.
• Jobsider.in is not responsible if an employer misuses candidate data.
• Candidates may request profile deletion at any time.

4. Employer Terms

By registering as an employer, you agree to:

• Post genuine and legal job vacancies only.
• Not demand any advance payment, security deposit, or fees from candidates.
• Provide accurate job descriptions, salary details, and company information.
• Not engage in discrimination based on age, gender, religion, nationality, or disability.
• Not attempt to contact candidates outside of Jobsider.in before shortlisting them on the platform.

Job Posting & Payments

• Employers must pay ₹99 per job post (valid for 30 days).
• No refunds will be issued once a job post is live.
• Jobsider.in reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
• Employers may purchase additional premium job visibility options at extra cost.

Hiring Process

• Employers must directly contact shortlisted candidates for interviews.
• Jobsider.in does not guarantee any hiring.
• Employers must not share candidate data with third parties without consent.

5. Referral & Affiliate Partner Terms

By joining as a referral or affiliate partner, you agree to:

• Refer candidates or employers through your unique affiliate link.
• Receive a referral payout only after a candidate is hired and completes the guarantee period.
• Not engage in fraudulent referrals or create fake accounts to earn commissions.
• Comply with all payment processing policies.

Payout & Commission Structure

• Referral payouts are processed within 30 days after the guarantee period.
• Jobsider.in reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse affiliate payouts in case of fraud.
• Affiliate partners must provide valid payment details for processing commissions.
• Jobsider.in reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account found violating referral guidelines.

6. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Jobsider.in is not responsible for employer-candidate salary agreements.
• If a candidate withdraws after selection, Jobsider.in does not issue refunds to employers.
• Affiliate partners must ensure correct banking details for commission payouts; Jobsider.in is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect details.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Jobsider.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Posting false, misleading, or scam job listings.
• Engaging in fraudulent referrals, spam, or abuse.
• Any activity violating Indian labor laws or data protection laws.
• Employers found contacting candidates outside the platform to bypass service fees.

8. User Responsibilities & Content Guidelines

• Users must not upload offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Employers must not post multi-level marketing (MLM), get-rich-quick, or other misleading job opportunities.
• Jobsider.in reserves the right to remove or edit any content deemed inappropriate.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

• Jobsider.in is only a job marketplace and is not responsible for employer or candidate actions.
• We do not guarantee job placement, salary, or interview calls.
• Employers are solely responsible for verifying candidate backgrounds.
• Jobsider.in is not liable for employment disputes, termination issues, or salary payments.

10. Data Protection & Privacy Policy

• Users agree that their data may be processed and stored as per our Privacy Policy.
• Jobsider.in follows applicable data protection laws in India.
• Users may request data deletion by contacting Jobsider.in support.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Hyderabad, India].
• Jobsider.in reserves the right to settle disputes amicably before legal action.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Jobsider.in may update these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of new terms.
